5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Once expired, they cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the bonus validity window — any uncompleted requirements at the point of expiry will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

6. Games & Betting

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

6.4 Technical Failures
